Kate Maguire Tedrick is a partner specializing in elder law, estate planning, and commercial insurance litigation.

Ms. Maguire Tedrick handles a variety of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate and estate administration, and estate litigation. Ms. Maguire Tedrick also has experience with elder law and Medicaid planning, with a wide variety of knowledge concerning what services seniors may need locally in order to age at home with dignity.

In addition, Ms. Maguire Tedrick has appeared in Courts throughout the New York City area, and has experience in all aspects of litigation. She has achieved numerous successful decisions for her clients, both through appeals before the First and Second Departments as well as motion practice and mediation. Specializing in insurance coverage disputes, her cases have included multi-million dollar claims, and she has successfully combated bad faith claims throughout the United States, including matters in New York, Indiana, Nevada and Utah.
