Monika Kozakiewicz is an associate specializing in estate planning and commercial insurance litigation.

Ms. Kozakiewicz was born and raised in Poland, and brings her international experience to the firm. She is fluent in Polish and English. Ms. Kozakiewicz handles court appearances throughout New York City as well as Long Island, and has assisted at trial. She is adept at motion and discovery practice.

Prior to her admission to the bar, Ms. Kozakiewicz worked at Maguire Tedrick, PLLC as a paralegal, and has experience drafting, communicating and coordinating estate documents, and is able to assist individuals and describe legal documents in Polish as well.
